I went to search for the manager who happened to be walking my way. I explained to him what happened. He apologized and asked my mom and I to sit by the bowling lanes. Be mindful the children were not eating because they ate in the mall’s food court.
This will be my family’s first and last trip to Revolutions
I sent the boys to bowl and my mom and I sat at the bar. There was one guy waiting. Another guy and his girl sat down after my mom and I sat down. My mom and I waited at the bar for approximately 15 minutes waiting on someone to say, “I will be right with you.” The Caucasian bartender proceeds to help the couple before assisteing the first guy nor me and my mom. I said, “The guy in the red shirt at the other end of the bar was first, then my mom and I, and then the couple.” He responded, “I know” while taking the order of the couple anyway.
Took me 30 minutes to find a server to serve us. Went to bar no bartender or wait staff. Had to run a waitress down and ask her to serve us while bowling. When we finally got food it was cold. Went to play video games after and half (i am not exaggerating) half were temporarily out of order. Was going to complain to manager but he was obviously under the influence of something. Him and wait staff went out the back exit by bowling lanes to smoke, etc. Several workers and servers sitting on their butts not doing a thing. It is worse than chuckee cheese there now. Wont go back again.
I changed my mind about getting a drink because I was so frustrated.
Other than that everything is awesome. Definitely come here when a band is playing or during a major sports event. You won't be disappointed. At least one police officer is present after dark which definitely provides that extra feeling of security. Go here and have some fun.
Long story short, when a customer is mistreated, accommodations should be offered to ensure the customer returns and also to ensure the customer provides no negative feedback. Each business’ purpose should be to master service excellence.
My mom, my teenage boys and I visited Revolutions this evening st approximately 8 pm. The representatives at the bowling counter were extremely pleasant.
This place is the bomb. Great environment to bring the family and have parties at. The food is a bit pricey but good nonetheless. The staff is very friendly and have great customer service. My only complaint is that the bowling lanes aren't oiled up and maintained as much as they should be. I wouldn't recommend coming here after work to practice up on your hook shots as the lanes might be completely dry or with over due oil changes.
We took our daughter here on Christmas day and it was so amazing! We had a total blast and left with an air gun tons of candy and a Batman mug for mommy! We will absolutely be back
We had such a horrible experience. We went to celebrate our daughters 8th birthday this weekend and it was just awful! Our pizza was half an hour late, when served it was cold. Our drinks were out before we even arrived and they were left uncovered. We were given no utensils to eat with, my wife had to go hunt some down. We were practically sitting in the dark. When we asked about the lighting our waiter told us that several lights were broken. Half of the games were broken. When we finally got to play laser tag one of the guns weren't working. If you are planning a party please avoid this place. We paid 140.00 dollars for cold food, poor service, broken games and no lighting.
Our waitress was extremely nice.
