This place is horrible! The staff was not friendly at all and tried to overcharge for a waxing appointment. The staff did not make me feel comfortable at all, it's dirty, and off setting when you walk in the door. I highly recommend checking out somewhere else if you're looking for something affordable. This is not the place.
Also had a very hard time getting someone to return my calls. Many calls. Actually no one returned my calls, I just finally lucked up and someone answered after many calls and getting the machine. They were rude and uncaring.
I had a gift certificate for $165 bought for me as a gift. I misplaced it. When I found it, it had expired by a few months. The would not honor it. How does $165 expire????
I have purchased a groupon certificate for Spa De Jour. Called mutiple times to schedule appointment with no response. Finally after two weeks of trying, somebody picked up the phone, and was able to schedule me in for a massage. This place is nothing like real spa. It is situated in a old house, looks dirty, and the staff is inexperienced. I've been to 100s of different spas and this is one is all the way on the bottom of list. I would not recommend it to anyone
Purchased a GROUPON in September 2012 for massage. I called in September, October, November and January many times with no return call. I wrote Groupon three times and they also could not explain why this business would not return calls. Groupon ended up refunding my money because this place is awful about returning calls or honoring their Groupons. Save yourself time and money. Go somewhere else.
Have had a couple of salon services here and everyone including my stylist Jackie very nice, professional and considerate and they prices are very reasonable :)
