Really slow! 20 minutes waiting for a sandwich is way to long. 3rd time I have been there. Each time I went, wait has grown longer. The 1st time was 10 minutes. Also, price has gone up, portion size went down. I will be finding a different place to go to. Haven't had this bad of an experience at other stores.
Extremely slow for a panera. Warm chocolate chip cookies were all hard as a rock. Workers were nice but not all with it mentally. If you are looking for the standard panera experience then skip this location.
Delicious food & fast service! Line was out the door but we were seated in 15 minutes!
Every time I come into this Panera it is worse and worse. If you don't order something exactly how it is on the menu with 99% certainty it will be wrong. I cam into this location around 0730 one morning ordered a toasted blueberry bagel with cream cheese and a drink. I take my little buzzer and go sit down and begin to study. I had an exam that morning and was going to grab breakfast and look over my notes. Well it's now 0815 and I still have no bagel. I go up to find out what happen and they are line oh, we thought it was already brought out to you. No apologies just an excuse. I don't know what had happened to Panera as a whole but it's gone downhill over the last year.
We’ve stopped at this Panera location several times on our way through town, and each time, we’ve had a less than desirable experience. They are routinely out of key items (bagels, flatbreads, tea, etc). The bathrooms are dirty and the food prep is slow, despite the restaurant not being crowded. In addition, when did Panera decide it’s a good idea to offer a side of squirtable sugar to add to unsweetened tea instead of mixing sweet tea? This is the South!!
